Taking the first step toward finding the right therapist does not need to be difficult. We will spend 15 minutes connecting by phone so that you can ask questions; tell me about yourself and your reasons for seeking therapy; and so that I can learn how I can help. If I am not the right fit for your schedule or needs, I will do my best to point you in some useful directions. If the fit seems right, we will schedule a session together, and start working toward your goals.

I am an out-of-network provider for most PPO plans. Session fees are $275 for standard sessions (53 minutes) or $415 for intensive sessions (85 minutes). You are encouraged to contact your insurance provider directly to learn about the specific coverage benefits and reimbursement rates for your insurance plan.

My specialties include parent burnout and caregiver burnout; stress and anxiety; trauma and PTSD therapy; affirming therapy for LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, immigrant & first generation; and other marginalized individuals; and EMDR therapy.

Located in Evanston, Illinois, I am serving adults and young adults from Chicago, along the North Shore, and across the U.S. in the Shore Therapy Evanston office and through online therapy.

I work with clients via telehealth in all PSYPACT states, which currently include Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
